Requirements:
">- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. ">
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred. ">
- Current licensure as an LPN with the State Nursing Board and/or multi-state licensure privileges. ">
- Completion of required department-specific competencies and certifications. ">
