Job Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional resident-centered care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Your primary responsibilities will include providing assistance with basic health care needs, including daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support and other personal care to assigned residents. You will also assist residents with meals and snacks, provide water and supplements as appropriate, and document resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary.
