**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility. As a CNA, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and transferring/repositioning
- Provide psychosocial support and other personal care to assigned residents
- Aid providers and nursing staff members with procedures as needed
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary
**Requirements**
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
- Minimum age of 16
- Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
