- Coordinate resident care and conduct regular assessments to ensure the highest level of care.

- Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A degree from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- An active RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
