Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Travel LPN. As a Travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in various locations within a 150-mile radius from your home address, providing care to our residents with a focus on patient-centered care. You will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, administering medications, and providing technical support to healthcare professionals as needed. Your goal will be to ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our residents, while also contributing to the assessment of residents and implementing care plans that meet their individual needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current LPN license in good standing, with at least 3 months of previous experience in Long Term Care. You must also be able to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary care team, communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Additionally, you will need to possess knowledge of resident education principles to develop a self-care program and perform other related duties as assigned.
