To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Education: High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred but not required.
- Certification: Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position.
- Experience: Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
