Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Travel LPN. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management and prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
- Obliges to work at least 24 hours per month.
- Obliges to work at least one weekend rotation per month.
