Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and sequencing the client's care to enhance patient/resident flow and promote interdisciplinary communication for early intervention.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
