Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Physical Therapist to help us deliver exceptional therapy services within our organization. In this role, you will coordinate staff scheduling, aid in program implementation, and assist with performance improvement activities. You will serve as a clinical resource, mentor new staff, and support the leadership team in fostering department growth and team building.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing outstanding patient care while adhering to physical therapy standards, policies, and protocols.
• Monitoring quality indicators to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Supervising assistants, aides, and students as needed, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Supporting operations in the absence of management.
• Collaborating with leadership on budget management and strategic initiatives.
