About the Role: The LPN will work in a fast-paced long-term care setting, providing professional nursing care to residents of all ages. This includes demonstrating knowledge of nursing principles, competency in performing testing to evaluate resident data, and administering medications or treatments as ordered.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed
- Document interactions and outcomes related to resident care
- Counsel residents, family members, and/or resident advocates on prevention and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
