Job Description
We are seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team in a long term care setting. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to residents of all ages under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. You will demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles and provide care that meets the physical and psychosocial needs of each resident.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Completes required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of the department and facility
