Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to residents of all ages in long-term care facilities under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
- Administer medications, document resident interactions, and provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
- Counsel residents, family members, and/or resident advocates on prevention and treatment plans, and develop self-care programs to promote resident independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
