- Delivering exceptional patient care while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team.
- Providing technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
- Contributing to the assessment of residents and administering medications or treatments as ordered.
- Counseling residents, family members, and/or resident advocates on prevention and treatment plans.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A graduate degree in practical nursing from an accredited program.
- An associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the state nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges.
- Ongoing education and training requirements, including required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training.
