Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at GSS MN Inver Grove Ctr. As an LPN or RN, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team to provide person-centered care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents
- Administer medications or treatments as ordered
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
