- Provide hands-on care and support to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and transfers
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, care plans, and progress notes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement resident care plans
- Participate in educational programs and in-services to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
