Job Description
As a Registered Nurse at the Good Samaritan Society, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. You will collaborate with residents and family members, as well as other interdisciplinary colleagues, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. You will also demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilize appropriate age and population-specific standards as designated in your assigned clinical setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a current RN license in good standing, a bachelor's degree in nursing preferred, and experience working in a long-term care setting. You must also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
