Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Nursing Assistant to join our team at our facility in Atkinson, NE. As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing resident-centered care and support to our residents, working closely with our registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Responsibilities
• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Collect vital signs and document resident interactions as needed.
• Participate in the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or completion of a training program with certification obtained within four months of hire.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare teams.
