**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Night Shift Nursing Professional. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues, and utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assess and develop individualized care plans for residents
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care
- Provide education and support to residents and their families
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
**Requirements:**
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
