About the Job
This part-time position requires 24 hours of work per week with varied shifts available. As a member of our care team, you will assist residents with daily living activities, provide personal care, and support their overall well-being under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Responsibilities
- Provide resident-centered care and daily living assistance
- Assist with basic health care needs, including daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, and grooming
- Support residents with meal preparation and dining experiences
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary
Requirements
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and has:
- A High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
- Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position
