This is an exciting opportunity for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at GSS IA St Ansgar Ctr. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and service to our residents, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and feeding
- Provide vital sign measurements, document interactions, and communicate changes in resident condition to the charge nurse
- Participate in departmental committees and task forces as needed
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary needs
