Responsibilities:
- Assess the physical and psychosocial needs of residents and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
