Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides skilled nursing care to residents of all ages in a long-term care setting, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles for the resident in their relevant clinical environment.
- Executes duties within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and adheres to age-specific standards related to physical and psychosocial needs of the resident as per the individualized care plan.
- Possesses the capability to perform testing to evaluate data reflective of the resident's status and administer care accordingly.
- Fosters a safe and supportive environment that prioritizes the health, comfort, and well-being of residents.
- Contributes to the assessment of residents and administers medications or treatments as prescribed by a licensed healthcare professional.
Qualifications
- Holds an active unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the State Nursing board and/or possesses multi-state licensure privileges.
- Possesses a strong educational foundation in practical nursing, preferably with an Associate degree.
- Graduated from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

The salary range for this position is $26.00 - $36.00/hour, plus a one-time sign-on bonus of $10,000.
