Job Summary
This is a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at our GSS ND Mandan Miller facility. The successful candidate will provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles for the resident in the relevant clinical setting.
- Provide care based on resident's needs as per care plan.
- Evaluate resident's status through testing and provide necessary care.
- Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
- Contribute to the assessment of residents.
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Currently hold an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
