Job Title: Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at GSS MN Luverne. Our facility provides high-quality care and services to seniors in a Christian environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
- Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles for the resident in the relevant clinical setting.
- Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents, including administering medications or treatments as ordered.
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
- Completes required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of the department and facility.
