Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at GSS MN Luverne. The LPN provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
- Counsels residents, family members, and/or resident advocate on prevention and treatment plans.
- Documents resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
