Job Summary
This full-time position comes with a generous sign-on bonus. The LPN will provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles for residents in the relevant clinical setting.
- Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge.
- Evaluate data reflective of resident status and provide necessary care.
- Ensure health, comfort, and safety of residents.
- Contribute to resident assessment and administer medications or treatments as ordered.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Hold an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
