- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- Current unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Ability to work effectively with professional and supportive personnel as a member of an interdisciplinary care team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
