Job Overview
We are seeking a caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary care team at GSS MN Westbrook Ctr. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with residents, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
- Counsel residents, family members, and advocates on prevention and treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility.
- Completion of IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing (if required).
