You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Your expertise and knowledge will be essential in providing education to residents, family members, and healthcare providers on prevention and treatment plans. You will also be responsible for performing routine tests and evaluations to assess resident status and making recommendations for care. In addition, you will administer medications and treatments as ordered, document resident interactions and outcomes, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
About the Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must be a graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. An associate degree in practical nursing is preferred. If the position requires IV therapy/management skills, you must have completed an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing. You must hold an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges. You must also obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications. In addition, you must complete required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of the department and facility.
