Travel CNA Position Overview
The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team as a Travel CNA. As a Travel CNA, you will have the opportunity to work in various locations within a 150-mile radius from home address, providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support and other personal care to assigned residents.
The role also involves assisting the resident in transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment, providing range of motion and passive exercises, completing tasks related to food preparation and dining, creating a positive dining experience for the resident, and documenting resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary.
