\We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society's GSS MN New Hope Ambassador facility. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
\Job Summary
\This full-time evening RN position is responsible for coordinating care, conducting assessments, and developing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with residents, family members, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes.
\Key Responsibilities
\• Coordinate care and develop individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
\\- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and social needs
\\- Collaborate with residents, family members, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
\\- Provide education to residents and their families on various aspects of care and wellness
Requirements
\• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
\\- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
\\- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
