Job Summary
We're seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our team at GSS KS Oberlin Decatur Cty. The successful candidate will provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as ordered.
- Conducting resident assessments and developing care plans.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program.
- An unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
