We are seeking part-time Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for night shifts at our GSS MN Luverne facility in Luverne, MN.
Salary Information
RNs can expect a base wage of $38.00-$48.00 per hour, while LPNs can earn $28.00-$36.00 per hour, both depending on experience.
Additional pay perks include a straight night differential of $2.50 per hour and weekend hours of $1.25 per hour.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents.
This includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation.
The RN collaborates with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to plan and implement care.
- Responsible for coordinating care, resident assessment, education, and various other nursing interventions.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accreditation.
A bachelor's degree in nursing is also preferred.
An unencumbered RN license is required, with multistate licensure if applicable.
