Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents
- Collaborate with residents, family members, and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of resident needs and develop personalized care plans
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on various aspects of care and wellness
- Monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications
