This part-time position involves working 12-hour night shifts as a Nurse Practitioner. You will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program or a Bachelor's Degree in nursing.
- An active and unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring.
