Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a travel LPN. This role offers the opportunity to work in various locations within a 150-mile radius from your home address, providing care with competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, flexibility, and no contract requirement.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles for residents in relevant clinical settings.
- Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge.
- Contribute to resident assessments and administer medications or treatments as ordered.
- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
- Hold an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
