You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including providers, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
About the Role:
This part-time RN position requires working night shifts, every third weekend rotation, and 12-hour shifts during the week. You will receive a competitive salary, with opportunities for additional pay perks, including $0.50 per hour for straight night differential and $1.25 per hour for weekend hours.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized nursing care to residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Educate residents and families on health-related topics
- Function within the scope of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules
Qualifications:
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Experience in long-term care or gerontology a plus
