Job Description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Good Samaritan Society, you will provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care settings. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered by medical professionals.
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions, medication administration, and other relevant information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current LPN licensure with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges.
