**Requirements**
A high school graduate or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long term care is preferred. Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement.
