Job Description:
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents including assistance with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and obtaining and recording vital signs.
- Support residents with daily living activities such as meal preparation and serving.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
- Minimum age of 16.
- Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement.
