Job Summary
We are seeking a certified nursing assistant (CNA) to join our team in Corsica, SD. The successful candidate will provide resident-centered care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
Responsibilities
- Provide resident-centered care and daily living assistance to assigned residents.
- Assist residents with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and other personal care needs.
- Collect non-invasive body fluid specimens and gather vital signs.
- Provide housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents with keeping living areas clean and operational.
- Aid providers and nursing staff members with procedures as needed.
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing.
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred but not required.
- Minimum age of 16.
- Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
