Job Summary: The Nursing Assistant provides resident-centered care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse. This role involves assisting with basic health care needs, including daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and providing psychosocial support.

\Salary Range: $18 - $25.50 per hour
\Responsibilities:
\- Assists with basic health care needs, including daily living activities
- Provides psychosocial support and other personal care to assigned residents
- Transfers, repositions, and walks residents using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment
- Completes tasks related to food preparation and dining
- Aids providers and nursing staff members with procedures, if needed
- Documents resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary
Qualifications:
\- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required
- Minimum age of 16
- Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position
