- Ensuring effective communication with residents, family members, and staff to facilitate a seamless care experience
Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, applicants must possess:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution
- A valid LPN license with the State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- At least 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility
