Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care settings. The LPN demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population-specific standards related to the physical and psychosocial needs of residents as per care plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred. You must also hold an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
