Full-Time RN LTC Position at Good Samaritan Society
We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time RN Long Term Care (LTC) position at our facility. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to residents in a not-for-profit facility committed to quality care for seniors.
Career Responsibilities:
- Individualized Resident Care: Provide one-on-one attention to residents, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate resident care and address complex needs.
- Patient Education: Educate residents and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyle choices to promote empowerment and independence.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- National accreditation from a recognized nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Active RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in an NLC state
- Department-specific competencies and certifications as required
