As a Regional Clinical Services Director, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to patients and residents in our facilities.
Job Description
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care related field preferred.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
- Demonstrated progressive nursing leadership experience; 5 years experience in a long term or post-acute care setting as a Director of Nursing required.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
