About the Role:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at GSS MN Westbrook Ctr. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with other inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate care and resident assessment
- Provide education to residents and families
- Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred, along with an unencumbered RN license and department specific competencies and certifications.
