As a Geriatric Care Director, you will be responsible for optimizing the geriatric care process, improving the quality and efficiency of service, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with medical staff, department heads, and administrators to develop and implement marketing activities, promote quality of resident care, and manage day-to-day operations.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred)
- At least five years of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care facility or housing with services
- Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure
