Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing direct care to residents in a long-term care setting. The RN will work collaboratively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution preferred
- Current RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
