About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at GSS MN Pine River. As an LPN, you will provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Your responsibilities will include administering medications or treatments as ordered, documenting resident interactions, and maintaining effective working relationships with healthcare professionals and the public.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to counsel residents, family members, and/or resident advocates on prevention and treatment plans, and develop self-care programs based on resident education principles.
