Salary Range : $34.50 - $57.00 / hour
Department Overview : Mobile Out Patient, Skilled Nursing, and Traditional Out Patient.
Job Summary :
As a Physical Therapist, you will implement and manage tailored physical therapy programs to assist clients in recovering their mobility, alleviating pain, building strength, and preventing deformities. You will :
- Assess and evaluate clients experiencing injury or illness.
- Apply advanced techniques and tools to deliver effective physical therapy interventions.
- Document client progress and establish therapeutic plans that may need adjustments.
- Educate clients and families about treatment protocols and self-care exercises for home continuation.
- Utilize age-appropriate methods in your care practices.
- Incorporate current research findings into your treatment strategies.
You may work with clients of all ages with diverse diagnoses. Your role will require adherence to clinical best practices and excellent communication with various stakeholders, enhancing departmental outreach.
This is a flexible position where you may be required to supervise assistants, aides, and students, while also providing training and educational opportunities to your peers. Additional duties may be assigned by your manager as necessary.
